●A high school junior and her parents have the opportunity to learn more about financial aid and college admissions at an evening educational program.

●A high school senior is able to meet monthly with a volunteer adviser who helps him stay on track for college.

McCallister Golf Outting.png
SATURDAY, JUNE 17 - 2023

Dear Supporter of Bridges to College,

The Karlh McCallister Memorial/Bridges To College Golf Tournament is a vital component of our annual financial planning. In turn, these funds go directly to programming efforts that directly enhance the access local students here in Darke County have to secondary education. Increased funding from our donors and community partners has enabled our organization to grow our outreach and make an even greater impact in the lives of our mentees.

We refer to our Director, Anne McKinney, as a “College Coach” to our youth and families, be it guidance on traditional four year universities, or two year or trade/skill based career paths.

High Impact Areas of Growth as a Direct Result of Donor and Community Partner Support:
• College Visit Program- 150+ students are provided the opportunity to visit local colleges and universities
• Professional College Counseling- Personal 1:1 college counseling at no charge to area families
• Financial Aid Guidance- Case by case financial counseling, FAFSA help, finding scholarships

This will be our 13th year partnering with the McCallister family for the event as Karlh was one of the founding members of the organization. We would like to invite you to participate by registering a team or becoming a sponsor.

  • $2500 Campus Donor

  • $1000 President Donor

  • $500 Dean Donor

  • $250 Alumni Donor

  • $100 Friend of B2C

All sponsorship levels will be recognized at the golf event through on course signage, cart signage, as well as during the dinner and reverse raffle. Campus, President, and Dean donor levels will all receive recognition in print media, newspaper articles, social media, website, and verbal recognition at all B2C events. Alumni and Friend of B2C donor levels will be recognized on website and B2C events.

Please know how appreciative we are of your support of Bridges To College. You are making an investment in our youth of Darke County; an investment that can steady the paths or better direct the paths of students and their families for generations to come. Thank you for your consideration and we will look forward to seeing you on Saturday June 17th!

Anne McKinney
